I have recently had my bathtub changed to a walk-in shower, by Shower Safe. The excellent work was done quickly and neatly by Miguel, the owner of the company. Every detail was looked after. The price was MUCH less than I expected after getting other quotes. Also, I made a good, helpful friend who is truly committed to pleasing his customers.
I would recommend Shower Safe to anyone who finds it difficult and fearful to get in and out of a bathtub.
The tub step-in insert in our condo apartment was one of the first that Miguel installed (back in 2004). We are very happy with the way it makes getting in and out of the tub so easy and how it reduces the fear of falling.

A job well done
Miguel, Thank you for an amazing job on our bathtub conversion. When i searched for tub conversions on the internet i was told by all that for my tub which is a garden tub [not straight but curved] that it could not be done. Fortunately i found MIGUEL and he asked for pics of tub and called me back right away and said that he could custom build one for me. He charged a very reasonable price and a short time later we have a functional tub shower.
The Shower Safe System has worked perfectly for my situation. From the moment we contacted Miguel to determine whether this system would suit my needs to the time of installation I received professional and courtesy service. Miguel came when he said he would. The installation process was seamless. Miguel took the time to ensure the cut out and the grab bars were at the correct location and height for my needs. I have been using the Shower Safe System every day. There has been no issues with water leakage and getting in and out of the tub has been as easy as one step in and out.with the bars to hold on to.
I would highly recommend the Shower Safe System for anyone with reduced mobility, who still enjoys a shower yet cannot afford the costly expense of installing a shower unit.
